Quickly I dont like any of the low owned starters out there, I do like 1 hitter though. Jim Edmonds is 8 for 20 with a couple of bombs off of Javy and he’s red hot right now.

Note: I will be posting my articles under my name from now on insted of Admin.

Although I am away I have been working on setting up the Fantasy Bullpen forumns using SMF. SMF and Wordpress use plugins to work together and allow for a shared users group. Very soon, the site will be set up so that when you sign up for an acount anywhere on this site (blog, forumns) it will work with the other features of the site.

I should be back to posting soon after the July 5th and both Dan Lynch and David Hein have agreed to give advice and write about general fantasy baseball knoledge here at fantasybullpen.com. It is stil posible we will be switching our site over to a more robust content management system but at this time wordpress and simple machines work well together.

Fantasybullpen.com forums are up at: http://fantasybullpen.com/simplemachinesforum/

Part of what we are going to have there is a section where we will set up a league message board for you so that you dont have to do it yourself. If you just post in the ”request” board of the “my league” section we will set one up with your league name, etc. Curently we are working on only allowing league members to post through the member groups feature, however it is still a work in progress. Also, if anyone is interested in working as a moderator for a board or section on the forum, contact info@fantasybullpen.com.

(Note: Again, sorry this is so late but im working on moving this over to an independent domain. More news on that to come!)

Pitchers:

Kevin Millwood vs. Washington - Ok so this is partly me picking on the Nationals and really who doesn’t? This is also partly me loving Kevin Millwood as a fantasy pitcher (anyone ever said that to you?). I mean really, Millwood always has OK BPI’s but doesn’t pitch well enough because of his home ballpark to be rostered. You can basically pick out a start or two a month where he will dominate and generaly he wont kill you. So vs. Washinton I have a hard time not throwing him out there (espicialy because the Nats couldnt hit a righty for there lives).

(Again) No one else really looks good. Liz Radhamez is doing pretty good and the Breewers are struglling so if you were going to gamble he might not be a bad place to start.

Hitters:

Garret Anderson vs. Adam Eaton - 6/13, HR - Doesnt qualify because hes owned in over 15% of ESPN leagues but just wanted to point out.

Cliff Floyd vs. Roy Oswalt - 8/24, 2 HR, 2 BB - This would be my daily pickup if I were you. Just a hunch.

Ok so for the guys I recommended for tonight lets see how the did:
Anthony Reyes - Didnt pitch! Ok I screwed up on that one (again), I was looking at a probable starters list and he was on it so I just assumed (again).. However this time I have a good exuse. He was injured late last night, AFTER I had recomended him.

Aubrey Huff - 2/3, BB, HR, RBI, 2 R - Nice pick there, however I forgot to pick him up in my league and lost his good performance.

So my stats so far are: 12 IP, 2 ER, 6/5 K/BB, W. 3/8, HR, RBI, BB, 2R
